I re-enlisted with the intent of reclassifying, but my recruiter to do it after I got in. Can I reclass now that I’ve PCS'd or must I wait?

I just got to my new duty station. Can I submit to reclass now or do I have to wait until my contract is up?

Reclassing, is really only possible upon reenlistment. But talk to your Training NCO or Retention NCO, they may know more than I do.

You didn't reenlist you enlisted prior service. Big difference because it's different processes for reclass.
You'll have to do at least one year at your duty station before you can reclass. Since you're an under strength MOS you'll have to wait until your reenlistment window opens at 15 months from ETS.

Not going to happen anytime soon!

As an 11B you are in an extremely short MOS. As a matteR of fact, the Army is about to give big bonuses for folks winning to either enlist or reclass into it.
