I really need advise on the waiver and how to bring my case and demonstrate my progress since. Thank youI'm preparing an OCS packet and I have to request a waiver for Civil Court. How hard is it to get a waiver and does it hinder my packet?2017-02-01T15:05:44-05:00CPT Private RallyPoint Member2303251

It's been 6 years since the incident and I have worked hard to build a career. Long story short, my ex-wife lied about the charge, and it got thrown out of court. I got picked up. Now this was in 2008, and the pick-up rate was in the high 80%s....

But as SGM Marquez said, you won't know if you don't try. You have nothing to lose by applying.
