I think that's to the Garrison Replacement unit at Yongsan. You'll go there first when you arrive, do some training, and then get pinpoint orders to somewhere else. Probably. Are you accompanied or unaccompanied?

Korea is what Germany used to be. You arrived in Frankfurt and assigned to the “Replacement Battalion.” Only after arriving in country while you get your assessment. It’s a antiquated system.

It's possible you'll get in-processed through the 19th Reception down in Yongsan Garrison (Seoul). After that, you'll await your next unit orders, and that could be with either the 8th US Army (EUSA) (the volleyball patch) or 2nd ID (Indianhead). (Avoid "Hooker Hill" at all cost! It's off-limits!) Your orders will tell you a camp in Korea but once you get to Youngsan, they will place you where they need you. Mine said Carroll, then they sent me to Walker and eventually I got moved over to Carroll for a different duty. Some of my buddies were supposed to goto Carroll with me too but ended up at Humphreys.
