I'm making a Black Raspberry Ale, it's around 2.3% alc. I'm wondering, after racking, can I add some more sugar to boost the Alc content? https://www.rallypoint.com/answers/i-m-making-a-black-raspberry-ale-it-s-around-2-3-alc-i-m-wondering-after-racking-can-i-add-some-more-sugar-to-boost-the-alc-content <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div> Tue, 28 Jul 2015 08:34:20 -0400 I'm making a Black Raspberry Ale, it's around 2.3% alc. From some minor experience and looking around it seems like adding brown sugar or honey can also raise the ABV but any additional sugars can make your brew dry.
