At your rank, I would recommend you actually call the base and ask to speak to the staffing agent for the MOS you are qualified in. Closest to Seattle is 364ESC in Marysville. However, O3 positions are typically staff and do require work (power points and briefings). Get with an Army Reserve Career Counselor at JBLM and they will be able to log into RCMS and find any open vacancies. 7th BN ARCD is in Washington area. If you need a POC contact me and I can get that to you on Monday.
terry.c.jabbour2.mil Response by SGM Private RallyPoint Member made Mar 16 at 2018 9:04 AM 2018-03-16T09:04:35-04:00 2018-03-16T09:04:35-04:00 MAJ Private RallyPoint Member 3521790

Have you considered IMA? I am in an assignment that lets me do all of my ADT and IDT together... takes about 24 days. Once per year and I am done. Under these circumstances it does not have to be "local". I live in Pennsylvania and my duty station is in Hawaii.
