HRC has turned down my re-enlistment packet, saying that I have to promote in order to be able to re-enlist. I am E4 Promotable, set to make the list for Oct 1st promotions. I have more than enough points for my 92Y MOS to make Sgt. I am currently overseas on TDY. I have been working closely with S1 and my Command for months to try everything possible, and we continue to hit roadblocks with HRC. I am motivated and determined to continue my career in the Army. What is the likelihood of being able to re-enlist after I&#39;m promoted in October before my ETS on 2022OCT04? And will this pending &quot;brown out&quot; affect my ability to re-enlist at all?
