I've long advocated for dropping the D. I know of far too many folks who haven't sought help for having a Disorder. What do you all in the RP community think?

My understanding was they are two separate, but related things. PTS is normal. PTSD is the Disorder caused by PTS. You can have PTS without the associated Disorder. Just like you can have Anxiety without Anxiety Disorder.

SSG Izzy Abbass I agree it should be dropped. Was there a changed that actually dropped this or did I miss something?

The last 2 respones are valid. I had a briefing on PTS bt a retired Army Reserve General. (Medical Corps) He emphasized the point.
