Was back in 2008. Not sure how helpful I would be. Just go speak to a recruiter like I did, and they basically got me right in. I was prior active duty before my reserve time as well.Response by SFC Private RallyPoint Member made Mar 30 at 2021 10:25 PM2021-03-30T22:25:08-04:002021-03-30T22:25:08-04:00SGM Private RallyPoint Member6867000<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Yes speak to a recruiter before you ETS so you can try and not have a break or possibly not have to go through MEPs if you have completed your MSO. I would not wait until you ETS.Response by SGM Private RallyPoint Member made Mar 30 at 2021 11:54 PM2021-03-30T23:54:07-04:002021-03-30T23:54:07-04:00MSG Private RallyPoint Member6867075<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>If you haven't done so, go speak to a recruiter yesterday to get a Conditional Release request filled out and signed by your chain. Once that comes back with all approved, you're clear to go Active Duty without a break in service. But since your ETS is two months away, you will need to light a huge fire on this to get everyone to sign prior to your ETS.Response by MSG Private RallyPoint Member made Mar 31 at 2021 1:02 AM2021-03-31T01:02:07-04:002021-03-31T01:02:07-04:00SFC Private RallyPoint Member6869568<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Please make sure your PHA is green in all categories and it’s up to date. You will be a “no med” contract meaning you will bypass the MEPS physical using your PHA. Any red will have to be fixed or you will have to be a full physical. If disqualified medically you may not be able to enlist again.Response by SFC Private RallyPoint Member made Mar 31 at 2021 11:40 PM2021-03-31T23:40:57-04:002021-03-31T23:40:57-04:00SSG Private RallyPoint Member6874993<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I’m a recruiter.
