I'm at odds with the quality of care I have received from the Salt Lake City VA system. Who can we turn to and actually get results?

I have been through Congress and all that did was peeve the nest off that much more, they have went in and changed my personal info so now Im having to chase my mail when it was being delivered just fine only a month ago, my records have been sealed and no one can gain access to them and I am constantly being yelled at on the phone by employees who find it ok to throw attitudes at Veterans to being told by the Congressional liaison something to the effect of" So we miss diagnosed you , IM SORRY!!!!... get over it" all of which seem a touch much and Im not finding anyone who will or can help me to get the care I need.

If VA is not rectifying the issue, check the State VA, if it no longer helps. The Congressman has a VA liason. Paul Gosar's (R -AZ) Office really work fast for me.
