I’m an Airmen going through Air Assault. Packing list asks for a “shoe tag” on waterproof bag. What is the shoe tag?

Unless that’s something new that I don’t know about, that is nothing you need to be worried about. Make sure there are no holes in your waterproof bag with a working string that can close the bag and you will be fine

I'm going to quote a Sergeant Major, hopefully he doesn't mind that I don't have his name attached...

Its was the normal HD white tag, rectangular in shape w/ string attached. Name, Unit and Rank normally was all that was on it. Used to identify items that were not allowed any markings.
