They don&#39;t allow username/psw access anymore. You may run into issues depending on the browser that you&#39;re using. If you do you can go to militarycac.com and it&#39;ll give you a step by step for how to set up your browser. It&#39;s kind of a pain in the keister. On my current laptop I haven&#39;t been able to make it work. I don&#39;t know if they&#39;ve made it compatible with the Microsoft Edge browser yet. I think it usually works fairly easily with Chrome and Firefox though. <div class="pta-link-card answers-template-image type-default"> <div class="pta-link-card-picture"> </div> <div class="pta-link-card-content"> <p class="pta-link-card-title"> <a target="blank" href="https://web.mail.mil/my.policy">my.policy</a> </p> <p class="pta-link-card-description"></p> </div> <div class="clearfix"></div> </div> SSG Private RallyPoint Member Fri, 03 Nov 2017 10:48:34 -0400 2017-11-03T10:48:34-04:00 Response by MSG Brad Sand made Nov 3 at 2017 10:57 AM https://www.rallypoint.com/answers/i-m-a-new-national-guardsman-trying-to-figure-out-my-email-i-was-told-what-my-email-address-is-but-where-do-i-go-to-access-it?n=3059618&urlhash=3059618 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div><br />Do not worry too much about this now, you really should only be using your army.mil account for official material and if you are not on a computer using your CAC card pretty regularly, you will want to use your private e-mail whenever possible. I just check mine at the armory each month. Anything important and I get a text or an email to my civilian email.
