The Adobe Flash expiration might be holding up something on HRC’s side of the house. However, if on AD as an AUS officer, the wait can be from 18 months to 24 months, depending on the needs of the Army. The AUS rank goes away when leave AD. For example, a friend of mine was on AUS AD 12 months, and he was promoted to 1LT and 12 months later he was told to extend for 12 months, and he was a CPT. After 36 months he left AD and was a brand-new USAR 1LT with zero time in grade. Depends on how badly the Army needs company grade officers. The current conflicts do not seem to have excessive losses of Company grades, so no need to rush them.Response by MAJ Ronnie Reams made Mar 8 at 2021 9:09 AM2021-03-08T09:09:08-05:002021-03-08T09:09:08-05:00CPT Private RallyPoint Member6808993<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I had a similar issue with my promotion because I was missing documents in IPERMS. Ensure that your APFT/ACFT and HT/WT are current, that you were marked as a graduate in ATRRS, RLAS reflects that you are PME complete, and that your 1059 is in iPerms. Your S3 or unit training team can check your APFT/ACFT and HT/WT as well as your ATRRS status. Your ARA or S1 can check your iPerms and RLAS. If you didn’t have a passing APFT in DTMS or if you went incurrent prior to March, 2020, you may need a record APFT. DTMS doesn’t update the other systems until the next business day. If all of those systems are up-to-date and you are still having issues, I would send an inquiry up through your CoC or S1.Response by MSG Private RallyPoint Member made Mar 9 at 2021 2:46 PM2021-03-09T14:46:52-05:002021-03-09T14:46:52-05:00MSG Private RallyPoint Member6810193<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Your Unit Administrator or ARA needs to submit the packet through eLAS. For anyone who may be in a similar position, I followed the advice on this thread and ensured my 1059 and DD214 BOLC orders were updated in IPERMS (which they were). I then reached out to my branch manager at HRC, whose email was easily found on the HRC directory page. He took a look at it, pushed it up and my orders were posted the next day.
