I live in Canada and the Health Care system is not very great. I wonder how many HMOs do you have to choose from with Obamacare?

Obamacare is in trouble. Some areas have lost other providers. How many choices do you have? Did you enroll from the ARNG or USAR with Tri-care to save or is that too expensive too? What are your thoughts or experiences? Blue Cross is the ONLY company still selling policies statewide (TN) under Obamacare and they just requested a rate increase of 62% after about 30% last year. Everyone else has just bailed out so there really is no choice here. Obamacare is pretty much down the sewer here. There are a few companies selling in selected areas but they too are going up like a moon rocket.

Your statement is just not possible. I argued your position in my doctoral training a few years back and two of my professors told me I was flat out wrong and tried to fail my papers. This discussion ended up with the dean of the department where we all agreed to disagree...

My family and I are enrolled in Tricare Reserve Select (it's the same whether Guard or Reserve in any Service, if I understand correctly). It is an excellent benefit, much much better than what is offered through my civilian employer. There are also two hospitals in my city and they both take Tricare so that impacts how "good" of a benefit it is.

Hmmm before Obamacare for Retired Military like me it was Tricare West, After Obamacare it was Tricare West.
