You'll likely be doing Training Schedules, ATRRS, NCOER's, CTT, Physical Security, Arms Room Custodian, Preparing briefings on everyone's status. During Drills, you are the Go-To guy. The week prior to Drill, you set the Stage for Soldiers so their weekend is productive. The week after the Drill, you unfuck everything that got messed up. You're basically the 1SG when he/She isn't around.Response by MSG Pat Colby made Jun 30 at 2016 8:22 PM2016-06-30T20:22:11-04:002016-06-30T20:22:11-04:00SFC Private RallyPoint Member1679422<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>As the Admin NCO for my company, I handle all of the S1 functions, iPerms, Pars, RCAS updates, Separations.. I also update DTMS, am the security manager, oversee all NCOERS, (initial review befor the 1SG rips them apart) , and assist the Training and Supply NCOs as well as tracking tasks for the readiness NCO. <br />My advice would be to organize your tasks in a manner that is easy for you.Response by SFC Private RallyPoint Member made Jun 30 at 2016 11:41 PM2016-06-30T23:41:12-04:002016-06-30T23:41:12-04:00SGT Alfred Cox1679550<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Police Call and Staff Duty..lol...noooj/k I have no clue.Response by SGT Alfred Cox made Jul 1 at 2016 1:16 AM2016-07-01T01:16:30-04:002016-07-01T01:16:30-04:002016-06-30T19:35:20-04:00
