I have been rated down and blocked by someone here. How can I block her back and stop seeing her idiotic, baiting posts?

This CrAzY person consistently makes posts and if anyone "offends" her, they get blocked. Fine by me but how can I make her drivel GTFO off of my feed?

I find that it is really simple. If I see a baiting topic such as "Will you go and overthrow the government?" I just scrolling until I find something interesting. I have decided not opine in political or religious discussions anymore. They are a discussions to nowhere.

You should be able to hover your pointer over her name, and then when the window pops up, click on the word "Block".

Bottom right of a posting on the main screen are three small dots. Click that and it will give you the option to stop following the poster or hide the post. This should solve your issue after a little while. RP is adaptive and if you click and comment on particular posts you will see those pop up in your feed more often. So if you don't want to see something, use the three dots to effectively block it and stop commenting on it. To block an individual you view their profile and can block them from there or hover over their name on a posting and blocking them is an option. Try some options from your desktop too as not everything is on the app.

What I have found is that there are folks on here that throw out stupid questions and state they want an intelligent debate and when you speak your mind, they down vote or block you. I have found that I read posts that interest me and don't get tied up with those wallowing in mud. My grandmother used to say, roll around with dogs and soon enough you will get fleas. I just distance myself from that and move on. There are too many post out there that have nothing to do with veterans, veterans issues, DoD, or the military in general. Too many social issues that have no bearing on military related issues. This isn't facebook and I really wish folks would go back to the purpose of Rally point.

I find blocking pretty hilariously stupid. Personally, I know I've been blocked by no less than six people if not more. What is truly ironic is they are people who proclaim to be oh so tolerant and self-righteous. Again, personally, those who block have no tolerance for the truth. Just my 3.57 cents worth.

AFAIK blocking doesn't remove someone from your feed. You're just going to have to ignore her. You'll get very practiced around here in learning who and who not to engage.
