I have been fighting the VA for almost 4 years for service-connected Compensation. Should I ask one of my Senators for help or VSO?

I recommend you contact one of your Senators or your Congressman to help you SGT Rick Ash. Be prepared to provide them details including correspondence from the VA and doctors evaluations.
Years ago when VA stonewalled me even after I had been initially rated at 70% service-connected disabilities, it took direct communication from my Congressman to get things moving at VA.

SGT Rick Ash, you say that you have been fighting.....Can you be a bit more specific? Have you been denied benefits? Are your calls to the VA not being answered? Are you appealing a decision? A better knowledge of exactly what has already transpired would help to give you an answer.

VSO is going to provide more "help." Your Congressman can help you navigate if you are running into "roadblocks."

Basically, if something feels "fishy" talk to Congress, but if it's administrative, a VSO tends to be the better option. They're going to be able to help you fix things with your package, while Sen/Rep helps you find out why someone is lying to you on the phone or something to that effect (package keeps getting lost, dates keep getting shifted).
