You just need to make sure that you have grounds for an appeal. I've had Soldiers try to appeal NCOERs because they received 3/3 or 3/4 ratings. But the rater had counseling's and the rated SM couldn't provide any documentation or evidence to support their claims. Your best bet would be to seek out other Senior NCO's that you have worked with that are willing to provide statements on your behalf. Read the DA Pam it gives you sample memos and everything you need to file an appeal. Good luck.Response by 1SG Private RallyPoint Member made Sep 13 at 2016 10:23 AM2016-09-13T10:23:52-04:002016-09-13T10:23:52-04:00SSG Private RallyPoint Member1888812<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Legal would be a good 1st stop and what are the issues with it?Response by SSG Private RallyPoint Member made Sep 13 at 2016 2:12 PM2016-09-13T14:12:52-04:002016-09-13T14:12:52-04:002016-09-13T08:34:54-04:00
