I have an American Flag in a wooden case but there is no glass or plastic coving over the flag. Does anybody have any ideas?

You can add it yourself- if triangular in shape, then more than likely is a memorial/burial flag

SGT Shannon Weaver Logan, to build on what SGM Bill Frazer said, you can go to your local home center (Home Depot, Menards, Lowes), and buy both a small sheet of glass and the tool used to cut it. Both are inexpensive...certainly cheaper than paying a glass shop to do it. There's plenty of how-to videos online that will instruct you how to properly score the glass and break it clean.

I recently had to do something similar when I broke the glass on a decorative art piece, and found it easy to do.

I would take it to a local hardware store and see what they would charge for a piece of glass. That said, it isn't that hard to replace yourself, just takes a little time and effort. (Personally, I would head to a local Ace Hardware rather than the big-box places).

Local glass and door outfits custom cut glass. For a small shadow box, $10-15 usually covers it.
