I am just trying to cover my bases and make sure my job is secure. I am a Union member and I have a Union Rep (AFGE). Also I know of ESGR but have never interacted with them before. Anyway My supervisor is a Vet and he is a okay dude but at the end of the day I don't trust em. My company offers a 20 business day military differential.
