SPC Private RallyPoint Member 4696924 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>My NCO keeps telling me I have to go through a MAR2, but I was told by the PCM that I need a 3 before I can start that process. I have an appointment next week with R&amp;R when they get back from TDY, but I’m just trying to get as much information as I can. I have a PULHES (112111) that’s not compatible with my MOS (68W). Has anyone ever had this issue before? What do I need for a reclass? 2019-06-04T17:43:37-04:00 SPC Private RallyPoint Member 4696924 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>My NCO keeps telling me I have to go through a MAR2, but I was told by the PCM that I need a 3 before I can start that process. So you don&#39;t go through the MAR2 unless you have a P3 or P4 profile. Your situation is much more simple, you just go see retention and let them know you need a medical reclass. Take your perm profile and current PT card and they can get you taken care of. P2 isnt grounds for a MAR2. Be careful because if for some reason you get a P3 or P4 for the issue they may try to just med board you. Go talk to retention and see what they can do for you, take your profile. Before you sit down with your career counselor, find a list of jobs, preferably under strength, that you meet the PULHES requirements for, as well as the other requirements. You can look them up in the MOS Smart book, chapter 10C. HRC decides which MOS to give you, but if they have a class date for one you request you&#39;ll usually get it.
