I have a 8k Reenlistment bar for not completing DLC1. Does that also mean I can’t extend either?

That’s an HQDA bar, which means you royally screwed up to get that. You can not do anything. No re-enlistment, no extensions, no reclass, nothing.

And it’s a pain in the ass to get that removed. You’ve have 4 years to complete it, but we’re obviously too lazy to do so

SPC Private RallyPoint Member So, playing devils advocate here. Why was it not completed? Get with your Schools NCO to be scheduled for it again. I am not familiar with the code, so I would have to let someone else answer that. Maybe SFC Private RallyPoint Member or MSG Private RallyPoint Member .

Yes that is exactly what that means. You must finish DLC1 you should have been enrolled when you pinned E4. It takes two weeks for the code to come off after you complete the training. You’ll also receive an RE3 code on your DD214 requiring a waiver if you want to rejoin and you can be separated early if you take longer than a year to complete it

It means HQDA say NO PERSONNEL ACTIONS PERIOD!. NO re-enlist, no extensions, no schools, no promotions NO NOTHING!
