I have 5 years as a reservist and I just commisioned and going AD. Will I get O1e pay?

O1-E pay applies to active duty years. If your five years of service were in the USAR or NG, you do not qualify for it.

Only if you have 4 years of Federal Active Service.

What you will have is a leg up on your peers as you will max out O1 pay, O2 pay when you make it and have a big jump at all future promotions because of your extra time.

No. The O_e pay scales require active duty enlisted time. You will get paid as an O1 with 5 years, then an O2 with 7, though. I commissioned under exactly the same circumstances.
