On Post or Off? Either way the CoC can hit you with an Art 15,( company grade 7 & 7 and 1 stripe. Garrison CO can forbid you to drive on post for a year. Or it could go up depending on the factors you didn't cover. With UCMJ action, probably a flag/bar to personnel action as well.
