If there is a Y, then you keep it forever. If there is a N then you are to turn it in.<br /><br />That said, if you turned in all the N items when you cleared out of the Reserves but are still present on your Record, as long as you have documentation stating you&#39;ve cleared, then show that to your gaining Active Duty unit Supply Sergeant and work with them to get your records cleared up.
