A classroom needs structure and even if it means being the &quot;mean&quot; teacher, you need to provide it.<br /><br />Kids want rules. Rules make kids feel safe. They are so caught up in electronics and games they dont like sitting and reading. Schools are underfunded and honestly need more laptops or hand held devices that will help them engage.
