Word of mouth will be invaluable to your business.
1. Always provide the best product or service possible
2. If you make a promise you must keep it
If you make a mistake, make it right

I ran a small carpet cleaning business for 5 years in Alaska. I made $40.00 per hour on average when I worked. I only broke one item in a customer/friends house. I sincerely apologized, owned my mistake and made it as right as I could. I never lost them as a customer or friend. I closed the business only because my Deployment schedule and gaining rank reduced my time to run it properly. Rather than provide half a$$ed service, I recommended another provider to my customers and shuttered it. it was an invaluable lesson for me in business and in how such a business can positively impact the business owner and the customers!

Good Luck!
