I’m sure they will know what to do.Response by CW3 Jeff Held made Feb 26 at 2018 7:10 PM2018-02-26T19:10:58-05:002018-02-26T19:10:58-05:00SSG Brian G.3395555<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>You should not need a letter. Speak to an AD recruiter first, then speak to your command and make your wishes known. Most commands are more than happy to oblige. Years back I was Reserve and upon completing AIT I wanted to go active. I spoke to my AD recruiter and my command signed off on it. They handled all the paperwork and I simply had to sign at a few places and then run through MEPS again. Done.Response by SSG Brian G. made Feb 26 at 2018 7:15 PM2018-02-26T19:15:05-05:002018-02-26T19:15:05-05:00SSG Dale London3399145<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I wouldn't start with a letter. I'd start with a conversation with your 1st Sgt and an AD recruiter - of any service, BTW.Response by SSG Dale London made Feb 27 at 2018 7:58 PM2018-02-27T19:58:20-05:002018-02-27T19:58:20-05:002018-02-26T12:02:39-05:00
