Family time has to wait cause at the end of the day you have to provide for three love ones. In order to live comfortable your going to have to comprise some time in the beginning and it will pay off at the end. As an 11B I will not go recruiter, I will get my team leader time, start college get some military education, train and mentor others and once you have been a Staff Sergeant for at least three years.
