I am having a hard time trying to get a copy of my Service record (Medical). Anyone got any suggestion? I've tried mailing request to MO?

Try talking to your Congressman and explain to them you issues. I know a lot of records got damaged in a fire in St. Louis.

Send a Privacy Act request through the NARA, Veterans Service Records in DC for Surgeon General of the U.S. Navy, Bureau of Medicine and Surgery, Falls Church, VA 22043 requesting release of Service Medical Treatment Records. Don't forget to include your Service Number in your letter. Hope this helps.
