Take and pass the sift test first. You have to score 40 i believe. After that you schedule a flight physical. After that you can begin to put your packet together. You need a LOR from you me company commander and 1sgt. As well as two from CW3-5. You can find the packet requirements on the warrant officer website.Response by SSG Private RallyPoint Member made Aug 15 at 2019 12:57 AM2019-08-15T00:57:48-04:002019-08-15T00:57:48-04:00WO1 Private RallyPoint Member4917701

There are sample packets and directions on the warrant website. You have all the resources you need on the internet to complete a packet these days. It's the finer details you need to worry about later on once you're wrapping up your packet.

Anyways, the WO Recruiting website makes it easier than ever to complete a packet since they have pretty much everything you need right here.

https://recruiting.army.mil/ISO/AWOR/
