Each of our soldiers are adopted by a Dutch family, and once every year, the families congregate at the cemetery for their adopted fallen soldiers. I speak Dutch though, and was a SGM, so I managed. You can read my old Blog, which will give you some good info. It is dated, I left NL in August 2012. But it will get you started.
