You have to have at least 12 months TIS from the time the board convenes. All the information you need can be found on the Warrant Recruiting website. There you will find packet examples and FAQ’s about the process.Response by CW2 Private RallyPoint Member made Dec 14 at 2019 3:11 AM2019-12-14T03:11:03-05:002019-12-14T03:11:03-05:00SGT(P) Private RallyPoint Member5342587<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Final answers to all your questions should be directed to a Warrant Officer Recruiter. You shouldn’t be doing the packet by yourself anyway!Response by SGT(P) Private RallyPoint Member made Dec 14 at 2019 9:56 AM2019-12-14T09:56:53-05:002019-12-14T09:56:53-05:00LTC Private RallyPoint Member5342678<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Well because you're in the Guard I would recommend talkinf to your chain of command and see if you can RST a drill at the unit you want to join. You'll have all weekend to get your questions answered and you may even get a command endorsement.Response by LTC Private RallyPoint Member made Dec 14 at 2019 10:26 AM2019-12-14T10:26:58-05:002019-12-14T10:26:58-05:00CPL Gary Pifer5343228<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I would visit a flightline.. and ask if they give orientation flights or space A... maybe get some stick time.. sit in cockpits and get a flight physical... I did this all as a 19D ...11B... flying was not for me. But I have stick time in an OH-58... Remember pilots are 88M's but at a higher altitude.Response by CPL Gary Pifer made Dec 14 at 2019 1:31 PM2019-12-14T13:31:17-05:002019-12-14T13:31:17-05:002019-12-14T03:08:30-05:00
