I am currently looking into the AMEDD Enlisted Commissioning Program. What school should I try to attend?

Any that is accredited both nationally and regionally. It’s really a matter of your preference

Make sure you check the MILPER and that you meet the age and service requirements. A lot has changed over the last 5 years. I do remember there being a new requirement that a school must be within 50-100 miles of a Military Treatment Facility so that student can do thier clinical rotations in an MTF. Personally I would look at what location is good for my family (Support), how well that program’s students do on the NCLEX (License test) and if they are accredited both regionally and but one of the two nursing accreditation organizations (they used to be CCNE and NLN). Good luck, nursing is a challenging field and is much different than being a 68C.

The school must be accredited by an organization acceptable to the Army at the time you graduate. Currently
"Must be a graduate of a nursing program accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN) or the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), or accepted by the National League of Nursing."
