<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Not sure what your career goals or service time are like but I would highly recommend the Special Operations Combat Medic course (as a ssg you would have to go to SFC selection to get there as they only let SGT and below go &quot;unassigned&quot; if being an 18D isn&#39;t for you the other easy way is being a flight medic. The Army is transitioning all flight medics to be paramedics, and you can also get the flight paramedic cert (harder than just nremt-p) you&#39;ll likely have to re up for that option
