I didn't expect it and I still don't like how it operates. That said, I asked several of these "big-time" points people about this system, and a large number of them said they don't care about the points, or they never pay attention to their points. For myself, I'm in the "Whose Line is it Anyways" category as "the points don't matter" to me. So if you get more out of RP than you put in, it's a good investment. Everyone is somewhere on the bell curve with extremes on either end a red flag. Point hounds remind me of the SMs who have paper hanger wars with no CEU certificate too small not to PermaPlaque and put up on their living memorial. And the purpose is? So if 500 grand feels like an accomplishment to you, great. However I see a number of folk around here get positive meaning out of your posts. That's what impresses me.
