SGT Private RallyPoint Member 2365150 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I&#39;m currently on COADOS and meet the prerequisites to put in a packet for 350F and am planning on doing so this fall. I would like to transition from ARNG to AD, preferably without a break in service.<br /><br />Would I work with an AD recruiter, request a conditional release, put in the packet and if selected wait for guidance from HRC to arrange the discharge/enlistment? I am ARNG and would like to go AD warrant. What rule set do I use (AD, Guard, Other)? 2017-02-23T08:57:00-05:00 SGT Private RallyPoint Member 2365150 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I&#39;m currently on COADOS and meet the prerequisites to put in a packet for 350F and am planning on doing so this fall. That is your 1st step. They generally have briefings at military posts quite frequently and they can tell you what is available for your MOS and the application process. <a target="_blank" href="http://www.usarec.army.mil/hq/warrant/WOgeninfo_enlmos.shtml">http://www.usarec.army.mil/hq/warrant/WOgeninfo_enlmos.shtml</a> <div class="pta-link-card answers-template-image type-default"> <div class="pta-link-card-picture"> <img src="https://d26horl2n8pviu.cloudfront.net/link_data_pictures/images/000/151/512/qrc/wo_banner.jpg?1487865077"> </div> <div class="pta-link-card-content"> <p class="pta-link-card-title"> <a target="blank" href="http://www.usarec.army.mil/hq/warrant/WOgeninfo_enlmos.shtml">U.S. Army Recruiting Command&#39;s Warrant Officer Recruiting Information Site</a> </p> <p class="pta-link-card-description"></p> </div> <div class="clearfix"></div> </div> Response by CPT Lawrence Cable made Feb 23 at 2017 10:52 AM 2017-02-23T10:52:50-05:00 2017-02-23T10:52:50-05:00 SFC Joseph Weber 2368043 <div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Other than flight program I don&#39;t believe there is any way to go directly to AD warrant. You should go see an AD recruiter. Release and transfer is pretty quick if your MOS is needed on AD.
