I am an 88H in the Reserves. How can I get access to an ARNET account so I can look for deployments and tours of duty myself?

If the article SGM (Join to see) linked to doesn't work, see if you can have a full time person at your unit download MOBCOPs tour of duty list and send it to you. I have done that for people before.
You can also check DFAS PFI, they list in a PDF document.

Also, if you see something you can do and want to do that isn't your rank and MOS, email the POC. Sometimes positions are not rank or MOS specific.

Also MOS "00G" or similar is non MOS specific. 01A is the officer equivalent, sometimes enlisted positions will be coded that way on accident.

As a company commander even I have given up on the whole ARNET thing (outside of Battle Assembly).
Honestly............ as a PFC, your best chance of looking up deployments is to get on as a guest on an AGR's work computer and look them up. Or maybe your unit as a few admin computers open for general admin support and you can get on there.
