Have you already made the transfer? If so, I was wondering what the process was like for you transferring from NG to AD.

CPT Lawrence Cable Kentucky and Tennessee are two spots that have come up in our conversations. My wife is from Nashville. We liked WA but the wildfires are getting worse every year. The crime has started to spread a bit as well.

SFC (Join to see) Crime rate in parts of Nashville and most of Memphis is good either, but the surrounding towns aren't bad. Lot of retires around Clarksville and Hopkinsville, KY. because Ft. Campbell's right there. Or E-Town over by Ft. Knox, which is an easy shot into Louisville.
Too many hillbillies in my family tree, I like to stay over in the edge of the Cumberland Plateau. Find Ft. Boonesboro and I am about five miles north as the crow flys.

SFC (Join to see) - To get the ball rolling use an excel spreadsheet. Put on the very left the most important criteria for you. Perhaps it will be Dual Income. Next on the right of the first column 1 can be Culture. Next can be Traveling Opportunities.

The rows will be the locations you are analyzing. So, it will look like this:

COA DUAL INCOME CULTURE TRAVELING
GERMANY
OKINAWA
ITALY

If there is a must criteria but the location does not have it. Just cross that baby off.
