The transfer is done on Milconnect. Once you transfer, there is no longer any MGIBill only Post 9/11. You also owe four more years to the Army after the transferResponse by SFC Private RallyPoint Member made Mar 22 at 2022 2:03 AM2022-03-22T02:03:11-04:002022-03-22T02:03:11-04:00MAJ Ken Landgren7585698<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>Go to the Education Center. The key is you have the GI Bill and dependents, and if you want to add them for the educational benefits, just give each recipient 1% of the benefits. It will ensure they are in the program, and the percentages can be changed later. I retired in 2014 and this was the process for me. If nothing has changed then this is too easy.Response by MAJ Ken Landgren made Mar 22 at 2022 5:38 PM2022-03-22T17:38:25-04:002022-03-22T17:38:25-04:00MAJ Ken Landgren7585782<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I would like to hear if I am remiss for being wrong.Response by MAJ Ken Landgren made Mar 22 at 2022 6:36 PM2022-03-22T18:36:47-04:002022-03-22T18:36:47-04:00MAJ Ken Landgren7587446<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>I called an Education Center and they said you can go to a website or just go to the Education Center and they will help your accomplish this mission. Have a good day. I did my good deed, I can quit for today. lolResponse by MAJ Ken Landgren made Mar 23 at 2022 4:15 PM2022-03-23T16:15:13-04:002022-03-23T16:15:13-04:002022-03-22T00:38:31-04:00
