If the inputs miss the cut off, your pay will be delayed. I trust you on orders for a CONUS location, and where is at? As others said when you in process finance is one of the things that can lag and miss the cut off for deadlines delaying your pay. Horrible to expect someone to go that long without pay especially since many of us don’t get paid by civilian jobs when on leave so you’re not just without your military pay, but also your civilian pay. It was not fun going on 28 days of orders and not being paid until over a month later for it. Thankfully my federal job gives me 15 days of paid military leave so I still had my partial civilian pay coming in on time.
