What is important is that your MOS is balanced and so is the one you want. You&#39;re not eligible for a voluntary Reclass unless the MOS you request is under strength.<br />When you roll into your reenlistment window you can request the MOS but HRC may deny it based on the strengths. 15Y is understrength and likely to get approved.
