<div class="images-v2-count-0"></div>He is a public servant and needed to act as such. His employer offered to accommodate him by allowing him to pray privately. He chose not to do that so he deserves what he gets. As public servants we have to remain neutral in the performance of our duties so that we do not violate the establishment clause of the 1st amendment. The coach as an individual does have the right to pray, however that right does not extend to him in performance of his official duties.
