Mine is not too bad... Just need to Get back to more exercising... Thats why My Pet "Walker" and I go for Long walks ... Just like My Girl Friend "Alice" from Years Past...

Physical is good.

Mental, well, I know I'm crazy. I choose to do nothing about it though so watch out.

Spiritually, I'm a believer, but don't identify with any sect of Christianity. I'd say I was non denominational in that aspect and not a fan of church.

That's a tough call on the physical piece. I'm into my 60s and still referee soccer although the speed has gone down and the pain has gone up. I'm told I'm doing very well for my age but that doesn't help with the aches. Better to keep moving. But when a coach tells me I'm moving slow, I just wish him luck at my age. It usually shuts them up. Spiritual and mental has to change when you're retired to keep an even keel in both. That's why we're more than busy with the spread and family. Now back to getting ready for that wedding than will be here in a week. 40x40 canopy, check. Stock tank for the beer, check. Shot shell hulls for the boutonnieres, check. Oh did I mention a pre wedding trap shoot?
