How would my OCONUS PCS to Germany be impacted if I didn't bring my wife because we are getting a divorce?

Hello,

I'm PCS to Germany the next month with accompanied orders (Command sponsorship is approve). The problem is that I will be getting divorce soon. So my question is what would happen if I PCS and my wife never show up to Germany? That would change my orders to unaccompanied or everything would stay the same until I get legally divorced?

Nothing ever happens automatically. Your tour won't automatically switch to an unaccompanied tour and your pay will be messed up.

If your spouse isn't going with you, you need to go back to your MPD and switch your tour to the unaccompanied tour. You will receive BAH for your spouse's location up until you divorce.

First thing is to let your gaining unite know what is going on.
Do you have your sponsor name and contact info. Along with the unit contact info.
If you do let the sponsor and command know what is going on and the statics.
The are there kid's involved?.
That can change a lot of things.
I hope thing's work out for you.
