it depends on how old you're talking about. If it's within the last 7-8 years AND your training NCO was worth a damn, it should be in DTMS. If it's pre-DTMS, then it's probably shoved in a folder sitting in a dusty filing cabinet at your old unit. Stuff like that doesn't get iPERMed and is maintained at the local level.

Should show up on your DD214, baring that it would be on one of your old ERBs.
