How to calculate your total UTA for National Guard?

I currently have 40 points and need 50 points to have a good year. However, I won't be attending Annual Training this year. As a member of the national guard, does the 15 pts being a national guard member gets added at the end of the fiscal year or beginning of the fiscal year?

Your "good year" is not the FY, unless you happened to join on 1 OCT.
Your good year is based on the last time you came into the Guard or came off mob in the Guard.
This is your RYE date or Retirement Year Ending date.
And as long as you accrued 35 points from UTAs, RMPs and days of orders during your RYE, you will get 15 membership points in the last month of your RYE for a minimum 50 "good year".

The 15 membership points get added at the end of your retirement year ending date. SGM Mccloud is correct. That's cutting it a bit close though. In the Reserve, we have electronic based distance learning where we can receive points and pay for performing approved online classes. I don't know if the National Guard has something similar, but it might be something to look into.
