I am in the army reserves and I just had my first reenlistment on sept 16 and I’m supposed to receive a 20K bonus. When should I see this bonus?

I'm also wondering where the heck my bonus is. My ETS date was 28AUG2018 so, my re-enlisment bonus of $20K should have been processed the days after my ETS. All of my paperwork was processed on 03SEP2018 and I'm good to go in DJMS, Iperms, and HRC. I'm not sure what the problem is. Everyone else in my unit received there bonus within 15-20 days after there ETS. I'm usually not this mad about something, but playing the waiting game for a bonus makes me furious. The career counselor has told me to just check my LES everyday and hopefully it show up.

i reenlisted for 20k also. My ETS was 08302018 and I see no indication of payment or even LES. My career counselor sent a email to RPAC but said it could take 7-10 business days to hear back. More waiting games.

There is currently a delay of two to three weeks on some bonuses right now. It will come, otherwise check with your Career Counselor.

My re-enlistment papers came with a bunch of papers. Including information on the bonus. It has guidelines on disbursement times on when to recieve however much amounts. It will also tell what will make you forfeit the bonus. Do you have these attached to your re-enlistment contract?

No Sgt Ramirez, I’m still trying to get retention to give me a copy of my contract. He wouldn’t give it to me. He gave me the run around about it needing to be sent up first

SSG (Join to see) if you check online in your army portal, your re-enlistment contract is uploaded to your documents. Go to HRC, click on your documents, and you should be able to download a copy of your contract there. As for your bonus, look for a different file inside the documents tab that states "bonus addendum", the blue pdf link should say something like 600-7.

No problem. Hope you find what you're looking for. If not, you can always ask your COC or call your RPAC. Good luck
