I think they should leave the college stadium with the caveat that all services from grounds crew to concession stands are to be filled with Veterans. Further I think that they should let the college take the ticket/merchandise sales, but the concession/parking revenue goes to the vets. I think they should use those funds to build dormitories to house veterans with nowhere else to go. Any space not used for the stadium and the dormitory should be used for Community, Veteran Sourced agriculture. Let the veterans living on the property plant some crops that can be used in the campus mess hall, stadium catering, and be sold at local farmer's markets. Let the land go from being rented to actually contributing to bettering the lives of veterans in need.
