How quickly can I return to RASP after a drop?

So here's the story: I was just recently dropped from Pre-RASP after a PT test for not meeting the score standard. It's important to note a few things: first, I did NOT quit, and second, there were so many people here in Pre-RASP that lower PT scores had to be dropped to make room for new candidates (transitions is overflowing, too). I'm going to 4th ID in Colorado now, and I want to know if I can drop a packet for RASP and try again after I get stronger, and if I can, how soon can I do so?

My home base was Ft. Benning, to go into the ranger assessment selection process, you really need to be in great condition physically. You have to continue to work out until you can reach your physical capabilities. Once you think you are ready, you can be tested at your present duty station. However, your PT score does not guarantee you will pass the ranger course. The standards that have not changed are 58 pushups, 69 sit-ups, a Five-mile run in 40 minutes or less, six pull-ups, the water survival assessment, and the famous 12-mile march with a 35-pound rucksack snd weapon march in less than 3 hours. You have to be on station at least a year to PCS again. You'll still need your letter of recommendation and other recommendations so I wouldn't expect to have all that in less than six months.
