I suggest you create your data resume, paste all your NCOER bullets in it, and copy and paste accordingly, or simply change the wording to fit the description of what you will do. IE: If you are looking to be a manager for a warehouse, it will be necessary to get all your military licenses listed that are pertinent, like forklift, or the many times you did inventory, and how much that inventory was for, a whole MRAP, can be valued between 500K and 1M, and then you can add all the other systems, weapons, Dukes, blue force trackers, fire mitigation, etc. The possibilities are endless, even if you're an 11B. Bottom line you should tailor your resume, and it can include the normal bartering you had to deal with TCN's. Trust me, as a medic going back to the accounting field, it was not easy, but once I knew how, it was fairly easy. PM me if you need advice. I will give you a hand.
